A Criminal Offence Declaration is a form (available online in your profile) to replace the annual Criminal Records Check for active substitute or replacement teachers with the District. Use this form if you are actively employed by the District in one school year and return to employment the subsequent school year. If you submit a Criminal Offence Declaration and are subsequently charged or convicted of a criminal offence, you are required to self-report the offence to the District immediately in accordance with District policy.
