Gros Morne Academy hosted its annual Wake-a-Thon this year and were pleased to have a good turn out of students to help raise funds for different charitable organizations.Lead by the Student Council, this year’s Wake-a-Thon was held mid-May and featured lots of fun, engaging and eye-opening events to keep students awake and alert!

At the end of the event, students raised $3,400.00 and chose to share the funds with the Red Cross' Fort McMurray Fire Relief Fund. Gros Morne Academy student have, once again, shown themselves to be good global citizens - congrats to all!
