Labrador Teacher Wins Title at National Convention

A Labrador physical education teacher has received high praise for his efforts to motivate and inspire his students. Shane Morgan teaches and coaches at Lake Melville School in North West River and recently received the title of Physical Educator of the Year at the 2017 Physical and Health Education Canada Conference held earlier this month in St. John's.
CBC Labrador recently profiled Morgan and his students to find out how his approach attracts students to his classes and what makes him such a great educator.
