A west coast woman who now teaches in Labrador has been overwhelmed by the response received following an appeal for book donations for new books for her small school. Krista Conway is originally from Corner Brook, but now teaches at St. Peter's School in Black Tickle. Having exceeded her goal of being able to purchase a new book for each of student, the school has decided to pay it forward and send the additional books along to other schools along the coast, so they too can enjoy the experience the students of Black Tickle have had recently.
