This extraordinary professional learning program brings together educators from across the country to learn about our parliamentary system.  Teachers are exposed to unparalleled access to our nation’s great institutions and have dialogue with many of the nation’s political, diplomatic and civic leaders.  The fall institute will be held in Ottawa from October 30th to November 4th, 2016.  K-12 teachers who are committed to student learning and to their own professional learning about the broad issues related to citizenship and democracy are encouraged to consider applying.  This bilingual program is also of great relevance and benefit to second language and francophone teachers.
