The Newfoundland and Labrador English School District is extending congratulations to all students who competed at the recent Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Intermediate Challenge and F.I.R.S.T. Lego League Robotics Competition held in St. John's. The event, which took place November 4th, saw more than 350 junior high school students from 28 schools throughout the province compete in eighteen different technology, trade and employability areas for a chance at a medal. A large number of the gold medal winners will now move on to compete in the Skills Canada Provincial Competition in March, 2019.
