The Provincial Government continues to expand availability of Kids in the Know, a school-based body safety program for K-9 students.

Kids in the Know is the Canadian Centre for Child Protections? national safety education program. The program engages students with interactive activities to help build skills that increase personal safety and reduce the risk of victimization online and offline.

As of September 2024, Kids in the Know is available in 58 schools in the province and will be available in all K-3 classrooms by the end of the current school year. As previously committed by the Provincial Government, the program will be available in all K-9 classrooms by September 2025. {....}
